When you book a newborn session with me you get exceptional portraits to remember your new precious baby. You get a gallery that is customized to you, warm, and full of love!

When looking for an Oklahoma City newborn photographer, you want a trained, educated, and professional photographer to handle the most important gift in your life. I am fully insured, registered with the state of Oklahoma, APNPI certified in newborn safety, and fully vaccinated. Your baby’s safety is my utmost priority in the studio. Each session is customized to your newborn’s safety and flexibility. Babies are wrapped in fabrics that provide stretch and breathability in a toasty environment for your newborn’s comfort. Composite images (you take two photos and create one in the editing process) are used so hands are safely on your baby at all times. 

Let’s take a dive into the steps of booking your newborn session:

Step 1:

Reserve Your Session & Pay Reservation Fee

Because I offer safe and high-quality sessions, I take a limited number of newborns each month to ensure I meet my clients’ goals. Please contact me here to reserve your newborn session. 

Pro tip from your friendly Oklahoma City newborn photographer: Reserve your session in your second trimester! This gives you plenty of time to get on my schedule 🤎

Once I confirm I can take your session request, I will send you a newborn reservation invoice. Please pay your reservation fee as soon as possible to hold your spot. This fee is put towards your session and includes 5 digital images. Any additional images or packages can be purchased with your gallery reveal.

Step 2

Newborn Styling Consultation

Let’s take your session up a notch with a newborn styling consultation. As an Oklahoma City newborn photographer, I have learned there are so many blends of cultures, styles, and preferences in our melting pot of a city- how cool! I would love to capture you and your family’s story through your photos, which means we need to chat beforehand 😉

A newborn styling consultation call is quick and virtual. It’s the time to pick out colors, themes, posing (if baby allows), and any personalization you want in your session. 

Pro tip: When picking out colors for your newborn session, choose the ones that you already decorate your home in. You are more likely to enjoy and display your photos longer if they fit in with the rest of your home decor. If you aren’t sure, neutral is best!

Step 3

Choose your Photos

After your session, you will get a link to your online gallery. This gallery will host your images (with only a base edit) from your session. You will select which photos you would like fully edited. 

Gallery Reveal

About 3-6 weeks after your session, you will get to view your fully edited portrait gallery. This is such a special moment as you realize how far you’ve come as a mother in the few short weeks your baby has been with your family! I will also guide you through the products that would best suit the photos you selected and your style. 

Side note: If you see me crying at your gallery reveal…it just means Aunt Ashley loves you and your baby so so much! 😘
